Professional Experience After graduation from law school, Robert began his practice as an attorney for the Gas Proration Dept. at El Paso Natural Gas Company where he was responsible for negotiating and formalizing gas purchase, exchange and gathering contracts, and after three years moved into the office of General Counsel where he was responsible for building leases, water pollution control, and presentations to state agencies, preceding his entry into private practice in El Paso in 1968, where he has continually been engaged in a varied general practice consisting of family law (divorce, support, child custody, and adoption), probate (wills, estates and guardianships), personal injury and general business litigation, criminal law (felony, misdemeanor and traffic) and a general office practice including real estate contracts and conveyances.
